Pre Sales Representative

As a Presales Representative you will be responsible for identifying leads in net new accounts, as well as potential opportunities and communicating with prospective clients. This role requires a high number of outbound warm and cold calls on a daily basis.

This role also requires strong communication skills to build and nurture prospect relationships by providing strong customer service and strategic solutions.

Work Environment: 
Like most Austin software companies we have an easy-going, business-causal work environment.  We do, however, have a very work-hard and play-hard mentality and our Presales Representatives are held to high metrics on a daily basis. The ability to work hard and be aggressive is what makes the Presales team successful. 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Technology Experience Preferred
  • 1+ years of Lead Development or Sales experience
  • Cold Calling experience
  • Experience working in a fast pace environment

The candidate also needs to have an aggressive and competitive mindset, and be humble enough to work as a complete team player for a team of 8 reps. 

Performance Expectations: 
This is a highly competitive role. You will be measured on your ability to perform and hit your metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The ability to prospect for new business/clients, as well as provide a high level of customer service is crucial. The ability to come in and hit the ground running is also a huge part of how this position is measured.
