As a Presales Representative you will be responsible for identifying leads in net new accounts, as well as potential opportunities and communicating with prospective clients. This role requires a high number of outbound warm and cold calls on a daily basis.
This role also requires strong communication skills to build and nurture prospect relationships by providing strong customer service and strategic solutions.

This is a highly competitive role. You will be measured on your ability to perform and hit your metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The ability to prospect for new business/clients, as well as provide a high level of customer service is crucial. The ability to come in and hit the ground running is also a huge part of how this position is measured.
