Renewal Operations Analyst

We are looking for a hard-working team member with great attention to detail to work closely with our Renewals Team and SalesForce Support Team to maintain and improve our renewal processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong SalesForce skills to begin building a career at Idera.  We have many full-time Upwork resources who have worked with us for years and continue to grow their careers and responsibility within the company.

 As an Idera Renewal Operations Analyst you will help with many things including answering questions related to the renewal process, helping with billing/account related requests from renewal team members, performing data reconciliations, analyzing team member performance, maintaining the quality of the data in SalesForce and assisting in integrating many new acquisitions. You will also pro-actively follow-up with renewal team members to review the existing process and ensure that they are being followed consistently across all of our business units. You will occasionally also help us with various administrative tasks including managing our A/R collections reports, SalesForce administration, and following up on acquisition-related renewal operations projects.

 

In order to be successful in this role, you need to have exceptional organization skills, a strong grasp on English written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to identify areas for improvement and work independently towards those improvements. The renewals operations team is a small, but very critical part of the organization.  You need to be comfortable taking on many different types of responsibilities and jumping in to help the team wherever you can. Requirements:

  • Available during normal US business hours
  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to understand, document, and enforce processes
  • Ability to work independently and productively in an unstructured environment
  • Strong SalesForce experience
  • Moderate Excel skills

 

Preferred:

  • Experience in the Software Industry
  • Experience with analyzing complex data and drawing conclusions
  • Experience maintaining the data quality in a system or database
  • Experience supporting a quota carrying sales/renewals team
  • Experience working as a department representative in cross-functional teams
