Email Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

•  Design, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns using Eloqua, ensuring flawless execution and delivery.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create email templates
•  Segment and target email lists for personalized and relevant communications.
•  Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to maximize email performance.
•  Monitor email deliverability and troubleshoot issues to maintain high inbox placement rates.
•  Analyze campaign data and provide insights to drive improvements in email marketing strategy.
•  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in email marketing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Eloqua or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Good understanding of email marketing best practices and GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Optional: Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
