The Solutions Architect will help guide prospects through the sales cycle to encourage and promote the products and the value they provide.   You will also work directly with our sales team senior leadership, product management, and other supporting functions to build out a go to market strategy and plan to support our WhereScape products.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Align closely with sales leadership to plan for and achieve revenue targets, obtain goals, and build relationships
  • Eliminate/distill complexities from operations to drive customer acquisition, onboarding, and success
  • Collaborate and maintain strong relationship with product management and marketing to ensure current and future product optimally supports sales motion
  • Play active role in sourcing, screening, and hiring potential candidates
  • Provide team members with coaching and guidance in all aspects the sales cycle to ensure success

Required Skills

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background
  • Experience leading teams
  • 5+ years of relevant PreSales experience
  • 2+ years of experience working for a software sales company
  • Leadership skill in collaboration and prioritization to direct and influence operations and results, driving best practices and positive behavior across the organization
  • Executive audience presentation/strong executive presence, mentoring/coaching of individual contributors and 1st line managers, and strategic planning
  • Motivating, positive presence and the ability to lead and compel others to achieve objectives and Drive best practices and positive behavior across the organization
  • Using your unique strengths to support and develop your team members
  • Database management experience is a plus
