Role Overview:
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive pipeline growth and enhance brand awareness for one of our leading brands in the software quality and DevSecOps space.  Reporting to the head of marketing, you’ll create and own the brand's strategy, vision, and campaign framework, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and shared services specialists (SEO, SEM, email marketing, content, social media) who will execute your strategic vision. This role requires a collaborative, cross-functional mindset and experience in managing multifaceted projects. You’ll also work alongside other growth marketing managers to share insights and optimize strategies across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy & Planning: Define and lead growth marketing strategies and the go-to-market vision for your brand, informed by market research and aligned with overarching business goals.
  • Demand Generation: Drive demand generation across paid, organic, and owned channels, increasing lead quality and conversions.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, implementing A/B tests and growth experiments to refine tactics and discover new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure strategic alignment and maintain active coordination with shared service teams for efficient execution.
  • Brand Positioning & Awareness: Establish and promote the brand as an industry thought leader, building recognition and resonance through consistent, high-quality messaging.
  • Budget Management & Reporting: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, providing regular performance reports to track key growth metrics and inform agile decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation, digital channels, and content strategy, including 3+ years in a management role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, paid media tools (Google, Microsoft), paid social tools (LinkedIn), SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and marketing automation platforms.
  • ABM Experience: Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense) and ABM processes, best practices, and campaign management is a significant advantage.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled in interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Excellent communicator and collaborator with experience managing cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Experimentation Focus: Enthusiastic about A/B testing and running growth experiments to continually optimize and scale marketing initiatives.
  • Success Metrics: Growth in the pipeline and lead conversion rates directly impact revenue growth. ● Enhanced brand visibility and authority within target segments ● Improved CAC and maximized CLV through optimized campaigns  ● Efficient workflows and accurate reporting through HubSpot
