Xblend is searching for a versatile Paid Media Specialist who will support a successful and experienced marketing team to foster growth for Xblend’s software brands, Xray and Xporter. Xray is a market-leading test management solution for Jira users, providing an intuitive and comprehensive test management experience that is customizable for a user’s specific QA needs. Xporter is an application for reporting and exporting information from Jira into different formats enabling teams to share information with ease.
You must embrace and enjoy working in a fast-paced, action-oriented culture under the umbrella of a larger supporting corporate parent (Idera, Inc.). The ideal candidate has a background in B2B software marketing (preferably in Software Development, Software Testing, the Atlassian ecosystem, and/or DevOps), a successful marketing background, and seeks to advance their career by joining a best-in-class software company with an emphasis on continual professional development.
About the role:
- Develop and implement effective demand generation strategies and campaigns to drive lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align demand-generation activities with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns in paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others).
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from conceptualization to analysis, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.
- Identify and target key customer segments to generate high-quality leads.
- Implement lead scoring and nurturing processes to convert leads into qualified sales opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on campaign outcomes, ROI, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with product marketing, creative, and other internal teams to support campaign initiatives and ensure consistency across channels.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to manage and track campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest demand generation tools and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Use insights to refine demand generation strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Continuously test, measure, and refine demand generation tactics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed of best practices and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the team.
About you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a similar field
- You possess an understanding of B2B infrastructure software businesses, ideally in the Software Development, Software Testing, and/or DevOps industries
- 4+ years experience in Paid Advertising - hands-on experience managing successful campaigns across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of tracking technologies (e.g., pixels, UTM parameters) and proficiency in Google Tag Manager.
- Demonstrated expertise in web analytics platforms (like Google Analytics) and reporting tools (such as Looker Studio), along with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: experience in analyzing user behavior, conducting A/B testing, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Great communicator with excellent English skills
